The Zoning Board meets the 4th Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the town offices. The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of five members plus an alternative appointed by the Town Board.Current ZBA members are:
- Kenneth Buhrmaster, Chairperson
- James Cook
- Kimberly Weaver
- Fred Harris
- David Beals
- Eric Smassanow, Alternate
The purpose of the ZBA is to:
- Render determinations where variances from the zoning code are requested.
- Hear appeals from applicants seeking interpretation or reversal of determination by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
