The Town Clerk's
Office handles dog licenses, hunting and fishing
licenses, and marriage licenses. We can also issue
Parking Permits for Persons with Disabilities. We
also can assist you with park pavilion rentals in the
Burgess-Kimball Memorial Park.

Dog owners are reminded
to send in all three parts of the renewal form to validate
your license. For new dog licenses, a rabies
certificate and a spay or neuter certificate, if
applicable, is required. For a renewal, a rabies
certificate, if required, must be presented. Fees
for
un-neutered or un-spayed dogs are $20.50; for spayed or
neutered dogs, $12.50. To renew a dog licenses by mail,
please enclose all the necessary paperwork and send it to
the Town Clerks Office, 503 Geyser Road, Ballston Spa, NY
12020.
Marriage
licenses can be obtained at our office for a cost of
$40. Both parties must be present and, if either
party has been divorced, any and all divorce papers must
be submitted.

part 2 of the application completed by your physician
and bring it and your drivers license (or non-driver ID)
to our office for processing.
