PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Harmony Corners Fire District will be held at Harmony Corners Fire House, Corner of Route 67 and Peaceable Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020, County of Saratoga and State of New York, on the 14th day of December, 2010 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing one Fire District Commissioner for a term of five (5) years ending December 31, 2015.

Candidates for such office must file a petition subscribed by at least twenty-five (25) qualified voters of the Fire District with the Fire District Secretary no later than November 24, 2010. All residents of the Harmony Corners Fire District who are duly registered to vote with the Saratoga County Board of Elections on or before November 22, 2010 shall be entitled to vote at this election.
